We are an online retailer and only accept orders placed on our website.
We operate a 30 day returns policy; should you be dissatisfied with our product due to quality or packaging faults, then we will be pleased to provide a refund to your card upon receipt of the product in its original condition. You should contact us regarding the fault within 7 days of purchase.
All your transactions with 5fingers.co.uk are covered by our security guarantee with Protx, the secure payment system provider, and Lloyds TSB Cardnet. We do not have access to any of your card details and these cannot be accessed by any other third party.
As the shopper you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days from receipt of the goods. To cancel an order that you have not yet received, please send an e-mail (or telephone 01444 410638) stating your name, order code and goods ordered. If you have received the goods and wish to cancel within 7 days please return the goods in their original condition and we will refund your payment after they are received.
